Context: I’ve had Botox here for a total of about 6 times in both of my masseters over a period of about 2 years.

Pros: Owner is very nice and responsive. Facility is clean, professional, and pleasant. Desk attendants have always been friendly. A variety of appointment times are typically available.

Cons: During the next-to-last time they applied Botox, it was into an incorrect muscle, resulting in a crooked smile for months. Once it was time for my next appointment, I negotiated to have the mis-injected masseter side to be given for free. (At first they offered some units free, but not enough to cover the full side.) So far, no issues with my most recent injection on the side that was incorrectly injected back in December 2024.

General Note: They charge a $99 cancellation fee if you don’t cancel exactly 24 hours before the appointment or earlier. They allow one ‘mulligan’ but then stick to the policy.

Their pricing is typical/average…not particularly high, but also definitely not a bargain.

Tracy did such an amazing job with doing my Botox! I was a bit nervous because I had never done it before, but she put me at ease and made great decisions on what would be good for my facial features. It was quick, and I LOVE my results. I look so refreshed and awake. Completely got rid of my crows feet, 11’s and forehead lines. I will definitely be going back to her to get my lips done :)

I also got Brazilian Laser Hair removal done by Peyton and it was a breeze. I’ve had Laser Hair Removal done at other places and it was very painful. Not with this laser! I was shocked at how quick and comfortable it was. 10/10 definitely recommend!
