I was visiting Portland and wanted to get a Hydrafacial. My friend recommended Rivière and my experience was nothing less than stellar. They are all about customer service - they took such good care of me. The Hydrafacial left me feeling flawlessly clean and glowing. They answered all my questions patiently and also recommended some products for skincare but did not push me to get those. I got 2 of the products and am absolutely loving those! The location is simply beautiful too! Truly boutique experience! Highly recommend!

I had a facial from here for an acne flair up I've been experiencing for quite some time which had left my skin looking lifeless and overly textured. It went great! My face looks and feels better than it has since my breakout began. Perla (who conducted the facial) was not only gentle and precise, but she was extremely knowledgeable about different skin types and gave me plenty of ideas about potential product options I can try going forward. This is such a great med spa. I get hydra facials and microneedling here. The technician is skilled and friendly. It's evident that they care about the client, and their outcome. The front desk receptionist and owner are also really sweet. Communication is easy - I've asked them all sorts of silly questions and they always patiently reply! Booking is also easy, and they have good package deals. I'm glad I found a med spa I can trust.
