“Context: I’ve had Botox here for a total of about 6 times in both of my masseters over a period of about 2 years.Pros: Owner is very nice and responsive. Facility is clean, professional, and pleasant. Desk attendants have always been friendly. A variety of appointment times are typically available.Cons: During the next-to-last time they applied Botox, it was into an incorrect muscle, resulting in a crooked smile for months. Once it was time for my next appointment, I negotiated to have the mis-injected masseter side to be given for free. (At first they offered some units free, but not enough to cover the full side.) So far, no issues with my most recent injection on the side that was incorrectly injected back in December 2024.General Note: They charge a $99 cancellation fee if you don’t cancel exactly 24 hours before the appointment or earlier. They allow one ‘mulligan’ but then stick to the policy.Their pricing is typical/average…not particularly high, but also definitely not a bargain.”

“For years I’ve struggled with TMJ and lock jaw, ear pain and inability to fully smile or open my mouth due to so much swelling. My first consult I was explained everything that was going to happen in detail as well on some info on Botox and what it should look like should I decide to go elsewhere in the future. I was told I’d expect to see results in about 3-5 days. I noticed immediate results after about an hour or two I was finally able to open my mouth to an extent I was not able to before!!I signed up for their program $199 a month and can go in for one treatment a month. First session I went in for microneedling, I’ve had it done twice. As well as body tone, and laser hair removal.
