Chhavi founded Rivière to be more than a med spa—it is a place where people feel welcomed, heard, and genuinely cared for. She believes happy teams create happy clients, and that authentic relationships matter just as much as exceptional results.
A passionate advocate for diversity and community, Chhavi intentionally chose the Forest Heights and Alameda neighborhoods because she wanted Rivière to become a true neighborhood med spa—one that is deeply connected to the people and communities it serves.

Meet Dr. Rachael — The Architect

Some people treat symptoms. Dr. Rachael designs a path to lasting health.
Her philosophy is simple: every client deserves to be heard. She believes the best care begins with listening, then creating a personalized plan that supports each individual’s health, confidence, and goals.
As Rivière’s Medical Director, Dr. Rachael combines eight years of clinical experience in naturopathic medicine and aesthetic treatments with a thoughtful, collaborative approach. She works closely with our team to ensure every treatment is safe, ethical, and centered around what’s best for each client. While she primarily serves as Rivière’s Medical Director, she also sees clients and performs aesthetic injections at Rivière on select days throughout the year.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Rachael enjoys reading and homesteading in Columbia County with her husband and their two children.
