EXPERIENCED ADVANCED AESTHETICIAN & CLIENT COORDINATOR


Rivière Med Spa is one of Portland’s fastest growing boutique, cosmetic medical spa/aesthetic clinic. We are looking for a passionate, hardworking, Experienced Advanced Aesthetician. Ideal candidate would have ample experience in advanced aesthetics and a treatment-based approach to solve client concerns. You can connect with clients and understand their concerns and become their trusted partner to drive a treatment plan. You are also adept in building and maintaining client relationships. You understand the workings of a medical spa and have a “can-do” attitude to drive growth of business as well as your career. This is not a typical employment type position, we are looking for somebody who would want to think of the business like their own, and drive growth and enjoy the process and reap the rewards.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Client consultation and creation of a treatment plan and also jumpstart treatment.
  • Be an expert in these modalities HydraFacial, Facials, Laser, RF Micro and Laser Lipo.
  • Be a mentor to other aestheticians in the practice.
  • Be on top of client relationship management.
  • Have an eye for building media content that help client connection and conversion.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized spa environment that meets all health and safety regulations.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the spa’s offerings.
  • Be the trusted advisor for the owners.

Requirements:

  • Certified Advanced Aesthetician with license to work in Oregon with at least 2 years of working experience in a medical spa.
  • Excellent multi-tasker, with great phone manners.
  • Great with customers and sales.
  • Passionate about building a career in aesthetics and also develop business acumen.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of spa software/schedule, inventory management systems, and booking systems.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment that meets all health and safety regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Full-time, Tues-Sat
