Her philosophy is simple: improve skin health with intention—never through over-treatment or unnecessary downtime.

As the ex-founder of her own medical aesthetics practice, Jen built her reputation on personalized care and outcomes that speak for themselves. She approaches every client with a long-term mindset, designing treatment plans that evolve with the skin rather than chasing quick fixes.

Beyond the treatment room, Jen has trained other providers in advanced laser technologies and combination protocols, contributing to a higher standard of care across the industry. Her work is grounded in precision, continuous learning, and honest guidance—so clients always understand not just what is being done, but why.

Meet Taylor — the cheerful, confidence-boosting energy behind some of our most radiant skin transformations.

Taylor brings five years of hands-on experience and a genuine passion for skin that started long before her career. What began as a love for makeup quickly evolved into a deeper understanding of skin health — and today, that foundation shows in every treatment she performs.

Taylor is known for her work in microneedling and Hydrafacial treatments, where she takes a highly personalized approach to help clients achieve real, visible results. Her focus isn’t just on glow for the day — it’s on building healthier skin over time.

What truly sets Taylor apart is how she makes clients feel. Thoughtful, attentive, and very easy to connect, she creates an experience where clients feel heard, cared for, and confident in their skin journey.

She also has a special connection with clients managing rosacea — something she understands personally — allowing her to guide them with both expertise and empathy toward meaningful, lasting improvement.

For Taylor, being part of Rivière is about more than treatments — it’s about being part of a team that genuinely cares. She brings that energy into every appointment, helping carry forward Rivière’s vision of “Uncovering happiness” for every client who walks through the door.

She also believes that the only way to spread joy is to feel happy doing what we do. It is thus no surprise that every teammate treasures the family-like environment she has created!

Chhavi is also a big believer of being a part of a community, which is why she chose the location of Rivière to be one that is nestled in the beautiful Forest Heights neighborhood. Rivière is your ‘neighborhood spa’.

Chhavi values diversity. Diversity at Rivière isn’t just implemented in having a strong knowledge and services for all skin types, it stems from within in respecting and valuing every client. Every team member has their own story of how we represent the diversity we so strongly believe in.

Chhavi is a story-teller. She believes that the minute we bring a client to the Rivière family, we become a part of their story. It’s those connections that we build that matter.

Dr. Rachael DelToro, ND is a board certified Naturopathic Doctor. Rachael is a professional expert on healthy living and aesthetic injection therapies. She graduated with her undergraduate degree from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington. After applying and preparing for a career in veterinary medicine, Rachael discovered programs certified in natural medicine. With a childhood filled with holistic alternative remedies, she found her niche. She earned her doctorate from the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon.

She believes that each patient has a different narrative and needs time to be heard. She spends her time to create a tailored health plan for each individual. Her goal is to have patients involved in their healthcare, making choices together to achieve optimal health.

Rachael is an avid reader, spending her free time homesteading in Columbia County with her husband and two lovely children!
