MASSAGE THERAPIST
Rivière Med Spa is one of Portland’s fastest growing boutique, cosmetic medical spa/aesthetic clinic. We are located at the beautiful and prestigious Forest Heights neighborhood and serve clients from Forest Heights, Bethany and NW Portland. Many of our clients have asked us on starting a massage service so here we are – we are looking for a passionate, hardworking, licensed massage therapist who would like to join our team to deliver massage services at our facility. This is a ground floor opportunity for an independent expert who wants to build his/her clientele by providing a menu of massage services. Ideal candidate would have ample experience and should be a self-starter and entrepreneurial who can live up to the quality delivered by Riviere brand.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop Massage Menu: Create and refine a comprehensive menu of massage services tailored to meet diverse client needs and preference.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized and exceptional care.
- Business Growth: Actively contribute to the growth of the med spa by attracting new clients and retaining existing ones through outstanding service and client satisfaction.
- Service Delivery: Perform high-quality massages and therapeutic treatments, ensuring client comfort and addressing specific needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive and collaborative work environment.
- Promotions and Marketing: Participate in promotional activities and marketing efforts to enhance the visibility of the massage services offered.
Requirements:
- Licensed, skilled massage therapist.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering a range of massage techniques and treatments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to client satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business growth.
- Excellent multi-tasker, with great phone manners.
- Great with customers and sales.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of spa software/schedule, inventory management systems, and booking systems.
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment that meets all health and safety regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Compensation:
- This is a commission only position. For the right candidate we can develop a structure that will be a win-win.
