LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Rivière Med Spa respects the time of all our clients. To avoid delaying clients who are booked after your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late. A non-refundable fee will be applied (see cancellation policy for details).
CANCELLATION POLICY
When booking an appointment, we will securely keep a credit card on file for every client.
- For cancellations with more than a 24-hour notice, there will be no fee.
- For no shows, there will be a $99 non-refundable fee.
- For late arrivals of more than 10 minutes, we will consider that a no show and there will be a $99 non-refundable fee.
- For cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice, there will be a $99 non-refundable fee. Please read 5 below for Tuesday appointments.
- We are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Cancellations for Tuesday appointments should be made latest by the previous Saturday prior to your appointment time on Tuesday. All appointments between 4:30-6:00 PM on Tuesday need to be cancelled prior to 4:30 PM on Saturday (as we close early at 4:30 PM on Saturdays).
- On 4 and 5 above, your first $99 cancellation fee can be used for a service done within the next 30 days. Please remember that the allowance is only for your first cancellation.
We are a small business and we incur a loss for all cancellations made within 24 hours. We still pay our providers and have to keep our policy universal regardless of the cancellation reason, including sickness. Please decide to choose us knowing that we expect you to pay the $99 cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours and not come in if you are sick. Please do not request waivers for the cancellation fee.
LASER HAIR REMOVAL POLICY
As a gentle reminder, we expect all of our clients who are receiving a laser hair removal service to shave the planned treatment area prior to the appointment. We expect no stubble present. This is for your health and safety.
Please note, there is a shaving charge of $25-$100 (area dependent) incurred in the case that shaving is necessary.
